The Qigong & Meditation classes in the Small World Theatre in Cardigan have now started.
If you are interested in attending the classes are every Tuesday at the following times. Taijiwuxigong 6:30pm-8:00pm Wuxi Meditation: 815pm-9:30pm Classes cost £5 per class or £8 for both Beginners welcome. Please bring a blanket or cushion. |
