Qigong and meditation for Health, Healing and meditation


Qigong is considered to be one of the treasures of Chinese culture. It is a simple yet profound way of deepening ones connection with the cosmos, restoring health and wellbeing and developing latent abilities.

Through the practise of the special standing, sitting and moving exercises, you will learn how to awaken the body's qi circulation, clear blocked qi from the meridians/organs, and use sound and breathing techniques to develop a calm, relaxed, body and mind. The aim being to strengthen and rebalance the body physically, emotionally and mentally, and to promote health and happiness.


In these sessions we will also work with Tai Chi (Taiji) postures and form to build internal strength and develop internal energy forces.

The training is relaxed and informal with plenty of time for questions and tea.
Qigong is also particularly suitable for healers who wish to gain an understanding of how to use internal energy forces to heal others, and also to clear any negative side effects of giving treatements.
Beginners or experienced practitioners welcome




Understanding Tai Chi & Internal martial arts



In these sessions we look at the details of Tai Chi and internal martial arts practise and it's many different aspects. Forms practise and corrections, Yin/Yang philosophy and standing qigong postures, pushing/sticking hands & applications, mindfullness meditation for health, relaxation and healing.
People who take weekly classes will find these sessions a valuable addition to their own study.


Cost : £10 per session

Beginners or more advanced practitioners are are welcome.
